The rotary ceramic plunger pump assembly is a precision metering
pump designed for the meticulous measurement and transfer of
chemical and high-purity liquids, as well as for their quantitative
filling. During the plunger's rotational motion, an axial linear
motion is induced, which is based on the adjustable angle of the
pump head. This mechanism allows for the precise adjustment of the
stroke, thereby enabling precise control over the flow of input and
output.
1. The metal part of the contact material is made of 316 stainless
steel. The pump body has better corrosion resistance. The operation
of the pump will not produce trace impurities to pollute the
liquid. Removable pump head plunger assembly for cleaning and
maintenance.
2. The metering pumps of this series have very high metering
accuracy and repetitive consistency, and the accuracy is better
than five -thousandths of positive and negative.
