A. The operation of the filling process:
The main engine of this machine functions as a stellate mechanism
to achieve circular intermittent motion, serving as the core
component for both filling and capping. The ceramic pump is
utilized for the filling process, while a dual-head pre-capping and
capping mechanism are employed. Bottles are automatically loaded
using an automatic bottle unscrambler. They are then picked up by a
cap-removing manipulator and transported to the capping station.
After capping is complete, the bottles are conveyed to the labeling
area via a transition star plate, where the finished products are
collected.
B. Lid and cover workstation:
The cap loading process utilizes a shake pan. The vibration hopper
incorporates an electromagnet that oscillates, ensuring that the
caps are ordered and loaded onto the machine's hand for cap
placement on the bottle, completing the cap loading operation.
